Kabuki - Cerritos

Very bad service today they gave cold food I was waiting in my car for almost 30 minutes they said they where going to call me when my food is ready and they didn’t. I had to go check and my food was already on the table they never called me and my food was cold.

The ramen was pretty good but the service was lousy. The girl at the front looked miserable and didnt greet on the way in or the way out. Not good guys. Only table service we got was when we got our drinks and food. Other than that, no one stopped by the table. Definitely dont think I'll be coming back for a while.

Everything tasted good. We ordered tonkatsu, chicken beef teriyaki, shrimp tempura roll and the filet of sole. Service was not perfect, one order was wrong and we had to wait for the replacement. Overall, still a good experience.

Everything was fine until we were leaving the restaurant and saw our waitress go outside the door of the restaurant and pet a dog, walked right back into the kitchen and started handling cups. No sure if they were clean or not but the lack of hand washing before touching anything turned my stomach. Just makes you wonder about cleanliness in general.

It has been a while since I have been here but it's always has great service. The food is fresh and awesome.

They just got new soy sauce saucers... dumb! Your roll can't fit in it. Other than that, trendy and delicious sushi!

Best Sushi i've ever had.

Food was good. Meat cooked at right temp but a tad too salty. Server was polite and attentive. Price was on the high end but worth it in my opinion.

The only Kabuki location to ever disappoint! Worst receptionists! No customer service. Completely disrespectful. Have been here twice and both times the same horrible service and experience from several receptionist and servers. Kabuki lost a customer at this location. They get 1 star simply because there is no option for 0 starts.

I just enjoy their food. I always get awesome customer service here. The place is well organised and the employees are always super nice. Will visit here again.
