K-Town Korean Bbq

It was new experience for me. Having to cook for myself at my table the food was very good, well duhh I cooked it myself 💁🏽‍♀️😂 I invited my father and he loves drinking his beer before he starts eating but unfortunately the waiter took 30 min to bring us our drinks and something that’s worse is that my father ordered another beer but the waiter tried serving it in the same glass. And for someone who goes to bars or likes to drink that’s an insult. The waiter also didn’t really explain how the packages work. Long story short food was great customer service was terrible.

Very nice atmosphere, good food! I love the service. It is awsome we got a server, Blake and he has rembered us for a long time. He always greets us with a big smile. All the times we have been here I feel Blake is one if the best servers!

Food is always great. Love the galbitang and garlic chicken.

First visit. It was a fun experience. Our waiter was either new or just forgetful. I feel he could have made the experience a lot better. With an open grill in the center of each table, I wouldn't recommend going with young children as the grill is easily reached from any seat. Large selection of meats to select from as well as drinks. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. For an all you can eat buffet, bring your appetite and your wallet. For my husband and I, we left paying $81 before tip. Enjoy!

Great food, service, and experience. You have 2 hours a grill and all the meat and vegetables you can cook. Chicken, beef (teriyaki, Garlic etc) lamb and jumbo shrimp. The service, once seated, was impeccable, attentive, and inviting. A constant change of grill, drinks, and food. We had a party of 8, and with mandatory 20% tip was approximately $400. This is Big Boy Eats.

I have now been here three times and shows the all you can eat menu every time. Being that I am the one choosing the items I can't say I've ever had a bad experience. Part of the all-you-can-eat is having to have other people with you, and every time somebody has chosen something that wasn't my favorite. Likewise though, every single time somebody has chosen something I wouldn't have chosen and I ended up enjoying it. Trying something new as part of the experience.

Our go to place for Korean BBQ. Everything is always fresh and delicious! Prompt and friendly service from all the employees, but Blake goes above and beyond to accommodate all our needs :)

Staff was friendly and accommodating, food was amazing. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and neat. Would highly recommend. Next time I would come with a bigger group to finish all the food!

I love ktown and really hate to go anywhere else for Korean BBQ. Lately though the service sucks. We wait like 15 minutes to put in our first order. Normally for the years I've been coming here they get your next round ordered like right after you put the meat on the grill but not anymore. Last couple times we came we completely eat all our meat and wait between 10 to 20 minutes to order another round, so total about 30 minutes from when we finish our first round to get meat again. Not to mention they just raised the prices to 32 bucks for ayce basic package. Honestly we normally come here at least 1 time a month but I am about to take our buisness to another bbq. We spend close to a hour in total just waiting for them to take our order.

Came here as a family of five and experienced a typical asian deceiving tactics. Waitress began taking individual orders and then (figuring out that we are here for the first time) suggested to switch to “all you can eat” menu to try variety of meats. We said ok, let’s scratch the order and “switch” to “all you can eat” menu. Instead of switching, she added “all you can eat” to whatever we began ordering prior. We were excited to see different plates being brought to us which we though were a part of the “all you can” eat menu. Then she said that with the “all you can eat” menu, we “have to order drinks” that are included. In the end, we discovered that drinks were separate due us “also ordered individual meals”. Instead of $110 plus tax, we ended up paying $160, for the individual meals and all you can eat together. Money was not the issue at all. My polite explanation of the difference between her offer to “switch” the menu vs “adding” did not work. With the cold look n her face, she lied “I don’t remember that you wanted switch”. We had left this place feeling completely violated. We wanted to come back before we saw the bill. Now we will never come back here. Be careful out there.

My daughter has been asking for Korean BBQ for a long time so for her 18th birthday we decided to bring her here. It was literally the worst experience we have ever had! For the quality of food and lack of customer care the price is absolutely ridiculous. The meat was ALL fat and clearly poor quality. The vegetables were limp, warm and not what was listed on their menu. They brought the wrong meat out to us twice, no one would ever refill our drinks or bring us napkins and we asked numerous people, numerous times. Our waiter was rude and would not help us with anything. Someone other than our waiter noticed our grill was nasty so she changed it and never turned the grill back on and we couldn't get anyone to help so my Husband did it. If I could give this place no stars I would. In the end none of us got the meat and veggies we ordered and I had to go find the napkins and water pitchers to at least have something to drink. I never saw our waiter again to catch his name but he should be fired or trained again.

Came in with a friend around 8pm. Had a few requests that were forgotten until we reminded them. About to request another round of food, and was informed that they stopped taking orders 20 minutes prior to closing. Would be nice to have this piece of information prior to ordering another round of food. Customer service could use some improvement. Otherwise the food was good and the staff seem friendly.

I have to say I wouldn't want to visit this place again for starters to do the all you can eat buffet at $34.99 each is a lot of money... I had the coconut curried chicken which when I ordered I did ask if it was breast meat and was assured it was but when it came there is no way that it was breast meat... I didn't feel that we received great customer service.. I do have to be honest though and say it's obviously a very popular place because there were many people there but it's not for me My husband ordered chicken yakisoba & spring rolls

This place is so good! A bit expensive but totally worth it.
