Just Braise

I have been going to Just Braise since they opened and it quickly became my go-to sandwich shop. The quality, flavour, and freshness of their food is top-notch and consistent each visit. I am normally greeted by the owner who is very friendly and service is fast (I typically get my order to go and I’m in and out within 5 minutes).I highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich and pho beef bahn mi. However, if you want to treat yourself, the “Easy as Pie” milkshake is a must-try.

I come here on almost a weekly basis. Great place to meet up with friends or get take out. I kept talking to my friends about this restaurant and now that they've been, they all love it as well and come from out of town to dine here. Great food and friendly staff. My favourites are the Karage sandwich and the Pho sandwich.

Such a home like vibe inside and within the food. I love the Asian fusion in the sandwiches and fries/sides. It’s super affordable and served quickly. In some of the reviews I saw some people complain about the bread they use, I personally think it’s nicely toasted and light. I wouldn’t want this meal to be any heavier. I ordered the Karaage sandwich and I ended it off with a chocolate brownie milkshake. Karaage was really good and I loved the sriracha honey sauce but the spicy mayo in the sandwich was way too much, made it all soggy by my 2nd bite. The milkshake was absolutely heavenly. I would definitely come back and try the beef + kimchi next!

Really nice flavors. Big portions!We had the pulled pork, pho banh mi, karrage sandwiches with sides of the miso minestrone, beef stew and karrage chicken.. everything was really nice. The pulled pork wasn't sweet like what you are usually used to. Very balanced flavors. The buns were very unique and really big :)Very friendly staff.Definitely coming back for more.

An absolute local hidden gem. Amazing fresh food and great service. Milk shakes are thick and filling. Clean washrooms. Limited seating. Free onsite parking. Free WiFi.

This place is amazing. Everything is super fresh, taste amazing and quick. Can't recommend it enough. Try the Pulled Pork sandwich, BBQ poutine and basically any milkshake 😉

Ordered the Chicken Marinara with a side of Chicken Noodle Soup. The flavours in both dishes were amazing, however, there is a serious portion control issue with this place. I've read all the reviews and based on the feedback from the owner they are just saying "order double meat". The price as for a sandwich with a tiny side of soup is $13, you want us to pay $17 for just a few more tiny pieces of chicken?!?!?! There were literally 5 tiny cubes of chicken in my $13 meal and I was still very hungry after eating it. You got 3 stars based on incredible flavours, and you could easily be 5 stars if you just fill your sandwiches with the meat that we are expecting and what we've paid for. Stop skimping on the meat and you will be 5 stars!!! Good luck with your business, but I won't be back until your portions are in check with your prices.

Most delicious chicken sandwich I've ever had! Fries are fresh and house made. I had the chicken sandwich with jerk sauce and already want another. I also had a poutine and it was a very generous portion and delicious.

I work nearby and eat here a few times every week. The service is friendly, the shakes and fries are great, and the sandwiches are fantastic. I've tried each sandwich and I recommend the pulled pork or pho beef with fries.

Just tried this place and the pulled pork sandwich for the first time after reading some really good reviews online and needing some quick takeout on a Friday night. All I can say is wow! This was hands-down the best pulled pork sandwich I have ever had by a mile! The portions are huge, the meat quantity is generous, the sauce is delicious and the overall bites are juicy and super satisfying. I will definitely be coming back often!!

Had the Pho Beef Bahn me and it was great tasting but left me unsatisfied. When I received the sandwich it looked like I only got a bun since there was very little on it. For the price I would expect more or even a small side to accompany it. The other person I came with felt the same as well, underwhelmed by their sandwich but enjoyed the flavours.

The sandwich flavors are great! I didn't love the bread. Generous with the meat. The menu has some great Asian flavor combinations to explore and if I lived in the neighborhood would try it all. Cashier was a bit detached. Cozy store. In a strip mall.
