Expensive but good food. Love sharing food and this is a great way to get intimate to do that. Love the concept of wine flights

Sadly, our favorite date spot has lost a star in our hearts. With new ownership the quality of the food has diminished, the staff have changed and the wine selection has changed as well. Some of our favorites are still on the menu but the variable meat tapas were not of the same quality as before. We had two duds, when we very rarely had one in a meal prior to this visit. The bill was $20 more than we had constantly paid in the past which indicated an overall markup but mostly with the wine prices. It is still good and we may give it one more shot but we will be searching around for another favorite. We still hope this becomes a revived favorite!

Some of the best food in Ithaca. Really intense flavors and decent portions- ask the staff about portion size. Some things like the scallops and duck are clearly for 2 people, while others are large enough for 4+ groups. Stellar beverage selection and cute little patio. Pricey certainly, but this is worth the price.

Omg....cant say enough good things about this place. The food options were amazing. My husband and I are vegetarians and there was plenty for us to eat. Buzy place and I can see why. Drinks were good as well as all the food. Party of 6 in my group and not one of us had a complaint. Cant wait to go back.

Get there early or be ready to wait. We just had a few small plates but was not overly impressed with all of them. If I was to walk pass and they had a table I may try them again but definitely wouldn’t wait to get in there.

Causal tapas place in downtown Ithaca. The dishes were all good. I'd especially recommend the savoury bread pudding with cheddar and the gratin with gruyere and broccoli. Some of the reviewers sound like they're expecting fine dining here - it's not that; it's solid casual food with a huge variety of dishes.

Don't waste your $. Went there on a Thursday and it was not too busy. Tried about 8 dishes and the best dish was the Deep Fried Salt Cod Gritters, the rest is nothing worth noting. The plates were not as full as the pics. Our waiter was wearing cut off jean shorts and a t-shirt which does not match with prices on the menu. Overall the whole experience felt like this fake facade trying to make a quick buck. Rip-off!

Great selection of small dishes. Good place to go with a group. Would recommend the wine sampler options.

Food is delicious. Once it was delivered the dishes were enjoyable. However, the timing and delivery of food was very poor. Took over an hour and a half to receive the majority of our food. Something needs to change in either the front or back of the house to change the wait time for guests. Very disappointed unfortunately. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the quality of food.

Just a Taste has long been my favorite restaurant in town. Some dishes are always on the menu, some rotate in and out, occasionally one is just ok, but generally the food is great. The wait staff is outstanding - they're very cool. The wine selection is large and quite good, the patio is pleasant, and it's chill. Go eat there.

Went with friends who knew the menu so they ordered, would definitely ask for recommendations from the waiter if you’re new to it! Food is always amazing, and flavorful, although it’s a bit pricey it’s worth it to split with friends and share dishes- each one is packed with so much flavor it’s truly the tapas experience 👌 It’s a bit packed but the patios open during the summer and I’d recommended making a reservation if you have more than 3 people otherwise the wait can be long. The bread pudding and coconut ice cream was a spiritual experience would def recommend to everyone!

I liked the food but the wine and dessert was just ok.Since the owner asked what is ok i will tell the reason. I ordered chocolate soufflé for dessert. When i got the dish. The chocolate was cold and i could tell they just bought the brownies and put chocolate syrup underneath(if i am wrong I’m sorry but still cold soufflé is bad). For the wines. It’s really depends on the personal taste. Just not good for me. I didn’t say it was bad. I said just ok it means not good or bad.
