Good burgers! Hubby got the air thang (everything)I got the swiss w mushroom. My hubby liked their chili too. I would recommend that they not salt the sweet potato fries!! And maybe offer a cinnamon butter dip for them? I think the "sauted" mushrooms on My burger were just warmed up canned mushrooms. :( totally different texture and taste. We may give them another shot. Great atmosphere though.

Really interesting atmosphere, nice local vibe. Diverse menu choices, and all are delicious! The staff was fun, and helpful.

This place is great. You walk up to order then they give you a card with a funny statment and scream it for you to claim your order. Our food was so good! I had a 904 chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries on a gf bun. They were very knowledgeable and careful with a gluten allergy. My husband had the chili dog which was huge. We were impressed and will be back.

I’m hooked! I hade the Shroom and it was amazing! I love when a burger restaurant has vegetarian options! They also have pizza so I will definitely be coming back!

First time here, the names on the cards are very entertaining. A lot more fun then just calling out “Number 14” the food was good nothing to write home about. The menu had a lot of fun and local names. The staff was very kind and helpful. It’s a real order and go to your table kinda place. Very casual. I ordered the “904bird” chicken sandwich which was tasty but not extraordinary. Not to say I didn’t enjoy it but it would take a little more exploring of the menu to see if I find something that wows me. All in all if u want some fun and a not so traditional dining experience by all means stop by.

I had the deep dish caveman pizza and it was great. Shared it with my son and he really enjoyed it too. Food came out fast. I ordered a turkey burger to go and my wife LOVED it. Staff was polite and the store was clean. This is a kid friendly restaurant. High chair was clean and worked great.

Spent 20$ on a burger with fries, coffee and a side salad. Had to ask for the coffee to be made several times. I was excited when they asked what temp I wanted my burger (I like medium) but it came out well done anyway. They walked around yelling the wrong card when my order was finally ready, In general the whole place had an extremely disorganized and panicy vibe. Every ketchup bottle was empty. Any of these things Individually would be forgivable, but as a whole it was just a terrible experience and a waste of time and money.

We have been to Jumpin’ Jax only a couple of times, and each time we know that we will be returning as the food and service is consistently great. I tried a new menu item (for me), and found that the sauce wasn’t something that I particularly care for. The sauce is great I’m sure, I am implying only that it wasn’t right for ME. What was so impressive today was how quick and gracious they were to offer to remake my food without the sauce, and without charge to me. That is not something I expected but surely it was greatly appreciated. We all can’t literally like everything, and it absolutely is not their fault. But they were stellar in accommodating me! Dana and Jana and the guys in the kitchen who re-cooked my food are amazing and everything turned out perfectly. We will be back!

First time here for a lunch with a friend that works just down by 295. Looked at the menu and just had to try The DUVAL! burger and hot damn was it worth it. The drink selection is accommodating. Menu items for kids and adults. And a hilarious means of tracking down guests with themed cards instead of order numbers.

This place quickly became our family's favorite spot to eat in Jax. Delicious food every time and great service!

Great food. Nice workers there. Fun restaurant. I recommend people to go there. I would go there again and again. Please try out this restaurant. You will be glad you did. I did. I hope you will enjoy it.

I avoided this place for the longest time because I was mad that it was no longer Red Elephant. Went once about a year ago and was unimpressed (likely because of residual Red Elephant attitude).They had a fundraiser for my daughter's school a couple months ago and, begrudgingly, I went. I was so pleasantly surprised, I couldn't believe it! Everyone's food was fantastic. The food (Especially salad) is SO fresh and carefully prepared. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and happy to accomodate my picky family. We loved it so much that we went back 3 times that week and have returned at least once a week ever since. Truly delicious food, clean establishment, something for everyone on the menu, and a staff so happy to he there that I suspect they may put antidepressants in the water.

Absolutely amazing experience food atmosphere all around 5 star. The man who took my order was extremely nice helpful and funny should be more of this certain type of restaurant around. Coming from a "non local" the bbq/pizza Scenery was spacious. very ideal location. Very fast! Good job guys.

I had forgotten how good the chicken Ceasar salad is. The dressing is the best hands down. Thank you for remaining open so I could swing in to grab lunch today. I promise I wont wait as long to return next time! Stay safe and thank you again!

Love this place! Haven't eaten anything I didn't love. Our littles love the kids menu too. The grilled cheese and chicken tenders are their favs!
