From the Winterlicious menu, I had the cured wild salmon and mixed roots slaw, dill-marinated rainbow trout & bay scallops, and for dessert, the sticky toffee pudding. The first course was beautifully presented and (ironically) tasted like summer. The trout and little scallops were amazing, and the dessert was absolutely scrumptious! The only real blemish on ‘the experience’ was that there was no pepper offered by the waitress; when I asked she brought pepper in a little diner shaker.

I visited the restaurant with a group to take advantage of Winterlicious. The service and food were impeccable. The ambiance is excellent for a dining party whether it's 2 people or a large group. Service was prompt and the food choices were great. Definitely recommended.

The food and ambience was great. Went there for my birthday party and I love how they accommodate groups. The only critique was our server sometimes acted like he didn't want to be there. Other than that the rest of the staff made us feel welcome.

A group of friends and I went here for their Winterlicious lunch time special. I had the Mushroom tart, Seafood Paella, and Cheese tart, and they were all delicious choices. Eamon was our server, and he did an exceptional job ensuring an amazing dining experience. He was a pleasure to talk to, and made my friends and I feel very warm & welcomed. I definitely would recommend this place to my friends and will be coming back (especially because of Eamon's good service)!

Went for the Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu, and the food was totally sensational. Serious hats off to the kitchen for being able to pull off so many of the same dishes with such impressive execution. The presentation of everything was absolutely on point, and a few of the true knockouts: lamb lasagna, chocolate tart, duck breast, beet soup... mind blowing. Probably one of the best meals I’ve had in months considering execution, portion sizes, value for money, and the sheer flavors on the plate with all the accompaniments. Beautiful dining room, too. My stomach felt the love on Valentine’s Day. Incredible dinner.

Excellent service and food. We called ahead for a private party for a Leafs game and ordered a tomahawk steak which was fantastic. Highly recommended spot! Could not be more satisfied.

Menu selection is not great and limited. There are sufficient food in each categories but just not wide range. A few meat, a couple fishes, and a few desserts Service was particularly slow. 45 min to order food?Taste was decent but my medium steak came out medium well. The scallops were exceptional though! The tiramisu was terrible. Avoid that!

Conveniently located in the downtown core, Jump can be somewhat challenging to find, especially when approaching via PATH. Once inside, the restaurant appeared deceptively small and has a modernist contemporary style - to match the modern north american menu. Sadly, my overall impression of the food is that it is competent, but just doesn't stand out amongst so many other similar restaurants in downtown Toronto. I had the mushroom soup to start, which was nice but was decidedly middle of the road with its flavors (yikes, truffle oil made an appearance from the 90's). My main was the 10oz striploin and I liked the caramelized taste but the texture was way too firm and I was disappointed. Finally, I finished with the almond financier cake but the base of the cake was borderline burnt and this completely impacted the flavour. Sadly, this was an uninspiring dinner overall.

great scotch selections, bar service was on point. food was good. fine dinning experience was uncomfortably weird, definitely did not follow proper dinner etiquette. Felt we were being rushed throughout our starters, mains, and deserts... as if they wanted out asap, even though it was at low occupancy.

Winterlious menu was nice. Loved the Mushroom ricotta tart. Cocktails were too sweet.

A great dining experience. A wonderful combination of flavours within each dish. Even the wines recommended to us were spot on. The white chocolate cheesecake wrapped in phyllo pastry was a definite highlight.

Beautiful restaurant. Apple and pom salad was absolutely delicious with some unexpected flavour combinations. Salmon entree was very dry. Banana chocolate desert was rich and absolutely satisfying. Other than the food, service was ok and got some dirty cutlery. Not the end of the world, but still unpleasant.

I have dined at Jump several times; with work associates and also with family. The food has always been beautifully prepared and very flavourful. The staff were always attentive and courteous as well.
