The best pulled pork sandwich I have had, nice and tender with good sauces

This place is a sleeping giant. We had never been there before, so we got the JR Platter. Everything was amazing and they didn't skimp on serving sizes either. We're had tasty BBQ to take home with us.

Very good BBQ. I have been in several times since returning to the area. Get the Habanero sausage and some Mac and cheese. It’s really good and just spicy enough to keep you coming back for more.

Excellent quality meat, fast service, and diverse options for sides- all of which were as delicious as the BBQ. Will be back soon.

Awesome bbq joint. Habanero sausage is the best I've ever had. Baracho beans is hands down the best beans I've ever had. Ribs melt in your mouth and chopped brisket has a strong smoke flavor that also melts in your mouth. Sweet tea is great as well. They have dessert bit I was so full.

Excellent bbq and sides. Their sauces paired well with the meat without being overpowering, and you must try the corn. It's not as sweet as I was expecting but it has a wonderful spicy flavor. Can't wait to go again!!

Great barbecue joint. Came for first time and had brisket and ribs. Brisket had great smoked flavor was tender and juicy. Ribs were perfect tenderness. Had a good clean bite from bone. The cream corn was bomb. All topped off with an ice cold shiner bock. Will definitely be back.

I ordered ribs and brisket and my son ordered green onion sausage. Even though it was a lot, it was so good we bought seconds! Nice staff and atmosphere.

I had the chopped pork sandwich and it was delish. This is a hole in the wall with very limited indoor seating. I felt guilty taking up 1 table that seats 2 on a very cold and windy day because they were busy. They do a healthy takeout business at the outside order window. There is plenty of outdoor seating for better weather.

For me Texas Bar B Que falls into 3 categories. a) Food is great and get a Texan experience. Worth going out of your way to eat here. b) By Texas standards the food isn't great however you do get a Texas feel but you're better off going to Bar B Que chain restaurant. c) Don't bother.Juicy Pig was a solid B. On one had you get thick cuts of brisket on the other hand it's chewy and fatty. They need to up their game with their brisket and potatoe salad because you're better off going to Dickey's.

Fantastic...moist brisket was perfect. This place is worth doing a day trip, one tank trip, bbq crawl...make it a destination location.I will return and you should too

Really good bbq!! Everything we got was tasty, definitely recommend trying it all.

Brisket had a good flavor, although it was dry, and the vinegary sauce did it no favors. Turkey and sausage had a reasonable, smokey flavor but the turkey was a little gamey, and the sausage seemed doused with onion powder. Walkup service took 30 minutes to wrap up 2 pounds of meat, and there were no other customers. I understand the sides and desserts are delicious but I don't go to a BBQ joint for that.

This place was really great. Their pulled pork was delicious and their chopped brisket was flavorful. Please go by and check em out sometime. They're a great place to eat in Denton. I'll go back when next I'm up that way.

It's a good thing that I don't live in the area. They would get all of my money, but I would be Fat and Happy❣ The food is delicious.
