Juanita and Maude

Came here for dinner around 7 pm, definitely not too crowded at the time so we were able to be seated immediately. They serve family style so would recommend ordering a few dishes to share. Food quality was excellent and the service was fast - really enjoyed the soup, the pad Thai, and the chicken. Prices here were pretty reasonable so it wasn’t a hard decision to order some seconds. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for good Thai in Albany!

Simple, elegant food and decor with great service. Arrived at 7pm on a busy Saturday night with no reservations, host was gracious enough to squeeze us in.

The staff was delightful and the food equally delicious and well-prepared! To be honest, I'd been uncertain about going to this new restaurant because I'd heard some negative things, but I suspect that whatever issues had cropped up were likely early days problems that new places can experience. I do not hesitate to recommend Juanita and Maude's!!I had expertly prepared halibut. My dining partner had an equally well-prepared steak. We had crispy mushrooms and little dumplings as appetizers. Each dish was a little work of art!
