Lackluster. Had the catfish poboy. Advertised using French bread, served on a hoagie. They have also forgotten side orders the last two times I've been.

No it's super casual order from the bar they give you a number. Simple I loved it.
I don't know for a fact but, I would think that it will take them that much time to clean up, scrub the grill clean the grease, finish cooking for people already who have been seated. A kitchen takes some time to clean it the right way.
Not set up that way. You order, sit, and then they bring you your food. No wait staff.
