My father and I both agreed that perhaps it's a bit of a stretch to call it "Italian ice," but it was pretty decent over all and satisfied my craving for something sweet. I got the lemon flavor and my dad got the firework. Neither of us tried the soft serve, so perhaps that is a different story. The staff was friendly and the ice was good.

I am glad that they have made it through the first year and I will continue to come. I also think they lowered their prices.Last year, when this place opened I was enthralled. Real Italian ice is hard to get in Northern Virginia. The only chain I know that carries it is located in Maryland. I pop in and out of every Italian place I can find but few dedicate the freezer space for the delicious treat.The consistency is correct. The flavors are good. I'd love a few more classics such as lemon and strawberry but the selection doesn't let me down.

They advertise soft serve and Italian Ice but they also have a bunch of flavors of real ice cream from Hershey's too. There maybe a lot of yogurt places to choose from in Ashburn but its nice to have a choice like this with alternatives. Wish they had store made waffle cones rather than pre-bought.

The Italian ice was a little sweet, but good with a good variety of flavors and a good portion. For the soft serve, the flavor was good, but we only got a dollop. The cup was only a third full. Would have liked a little more.

Went with a group of friends to get ice cream. My ice cream had a weird taste. Not sure if it was the ice cream or the toppings (sprinkles and caramel). One of my friends got a milkshake with snickers pieces but it quickly turned soupy since the ice cream was so soft. They also gave him a normal soda sized straw which was not suited for a chunky milkshake. I may give this place another chance, but my first impression wasn’t great.
