Great places good pizza

I’ve been to this place a number of times & find the location very convenient, since it’s in the same mall where I do most of my grocery shopping at Stop & Shop. I find the pizza to be very good although a little pricey. Most of the staff is pretty attentive, although a couple of them could be more professional. But the two biggest problems I have with this establishment are the lack of any soap to wash your hands in the men’s bathroom & the delivery guys who appear to be a bunch of lowlifes, as they sit in the restaurant loud talking & using profanity in front of customers, (including women & children), in between deliveries.The lack of soap I usually deal with by bringing my canister of Handi Wipes, that I keep in the car. But I would never order anything from this place either online or on the phone , because I wouldn’t want any of these bums touching my food or coming anywhere near my home & family.

Food is terrible, staff is incompetent, inconsistent, & unprofessional. They handle money & food with the same ungloved hands. Cashier's consume food & drinks right there at the register in front of the customers. The wait is way too long & the environment & surroundings are not clean or safe. Seating is torn & tattered, held together with duct tape & has been that way for years. This shameful establishment has remained in this community for so long because we continue to patronize it, mostly because of convenience. It's the only pizza store in the area. Consumers are forced to suffer either the unacceptable conditions there, or travel far to somewhere that is up to standard.

Found this pizza location through the slice app Ordered a medium pie , half with extra cheese and broccoli along with penne Al vodka. The pizza doesn't taste as good as a fresh made NY slice. Maybe I received a bad batch ? The slices with extra cheese just looked like a glob piled on top of broccoli. The pasta tasted reasonable. Entire meal lasted me 2 days. I gave this establishment an extra star because even though I requested a soda I actually preferred sparkling water, there's no option for it on the slice app. I wrote my request in the comment box and Lo and behold they gave it to me .Good customer service on that part. Thanks a bunch

The pizza is the worst I ordered a.pie when I got it it was cold not fresh nasty will never eat it again I do not recomend at all not even as a last resort

Had much better service in the past

I like pizza and they sell pizza. However, they put cornmeal on the bottom of the crust which doesn't enhance the flovor and makes the texture a bit tough. When this restaurant opened about 10 years ago the place was jumping with family and customers and I ate there often. Now if I'm in the area I may gwt a slice.

The pizza took over an hour. When we called to inquire were only told it would get there eventually. The ingredients used were fresh, but it wasn't seasoned at all. Seriously. I know you're in NY and you don't want a chain, but if you're hungry stick with a sure thing. This is not a sure thing.

I go here once in a while but truthfully, I should be going there more often. I picked up a pie, half extra cheese and half mushroom. As I was eating I thought it kind of reminds me of Pizza years ago. The place is clean staff is friendly. Also plenty of parking and the convenience of other stores. Writing this make me want to go back. Mangia!!

Great service pizza and wings are good

These people never delivered my order...didn't have the decency to give a courtesy call...NEVER WILL ORDER FROM BELLA AGAIN...LOST A VALUABLE PARTON!!!!!

Like supporting Black businesses. They need a little help in serving customers in a timely manner though. The staff is Very nice. The food is pretty good but only get the basics.

My regular pizza spot on Farmers Boulevard was closed so I placed a large Oder ($60) with this restaurant tonight. I was thoroughly disappointed with the food. The pizza was extremely salty and over cooked. The Caesar salad had mostly croutons and very little fresh lettuce. The wings, which I paid $1 for each piece for were EXTREMELY over cooked. I paid a lot of money for that dinner and wasn’t able to enjoy not even one of the items that I ordered I feel completely robbed by this restaurant tonight!

Great, we ou order the calamari that it was good

Awesome and delicious food, I loved the vibes this spot has, and the staff members were very friendly. I will definitely come back in the future.
