THEY'RE CHEATING ON TIP. DON'T COME HERE. THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD, SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE , THOSE LADIES NEVER TALK TO YOU OR SAY ANYTHING EVEN YOU KEEP SAYING THANK YOU EVERY TIME SHE PICK UP THE DISHES. NO WONDER THEY ARE NEVER GOT BUSY.BE CAREFUL TO LOOK AT YOUR BILL, THEY AUTOMATIC CHARGED TIP OF 20% TO IT, BUT THEY STILL ASK FOR MORE TIP WITH THE TIP LINE ON THE CHARGE SLIP. THAT'S WAS GREEDY AND CHEATING. TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE AND NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.

I hit up Joy Luck Buffet since I saw some positive reviews. If you're reading this, all you need to say is "Nevermind." It's cheap but the food quality and atmosphere, along with customer service is non-existent. I'd hesitate coming back.

THE BEST CHINESE/JAPANESE BUFFET IN ORLANDO. The staff is so friendly. If there is something you want in the buffet and it is not there, they will make if fresh for you. It is so reasonable priced too.
