My new favorite ❤️I love the music, the atmosphere, and the service was the best!!! The hostess/waitress was so kind and thoughtful. We had a great experience and will definitely bring our friends and family back! If you don't want to sit down inside they also have a drive through!!! I'd much rather support this local business than going through the McDonald's drive through! Happy we found this place!!

The food is great; best southern food place in town

DoorDashed Joannes to try for the first time every today. Absolutely amazing!!! My husband and I each orderd a chicken dinner with two sides. My mac and cheese and baked beans were gone in seconds! As well as his two helpings of green beans! Wonderful experience! Extremely fresh! Excited to try more in the future!

My first time was not great at all. I ordered the Whiting fish, it was terrible. The fish had the taste of being cooked in old oil. The yams was terrible also. The cornbread and greens were okay. The pork chops was cooked in the same oil as the fish. I would never eat there again. YOU DONT USE OLD FISH OIL TO FRY PORKCHOPS.

The fried chicken is delicious. It's definitely a vibe.

Best southern food in town

Literally the worst service/ food in Lexington. Went through the drive through and they made us pull up to a parking spot and said our food would be ready in 10 minutes. We waited 40 minutes for our food and contemplated driving off a lot of times. I figured if were waiting this long then our food has to be good. Nope. Fried were soggy and chicken was cold. Never again. Stay away from this place. Workers didn’t even apologize for lying about our wait time

This place is one of the Best kept secrets in Lexington. I got mine to go. You could smell the chicken cooking when we went inside and the potatoes were real and this cabbage was delicious, fried cornbread was all completely original and home made! Glad i worked in this area so i could try it and come back!!!

Absolutely best reasonably priced meal I've had in Lexington. Pork Chops, super fresh Sweet Potatoes and Cabbage. We at Strong Auto will be making this a regular place. Thanks a bunch.

The best chicken tenders ever!

The cabbage is delicious! All menu offering s are wonderful, have not tried the hamburger yet. Do yourself a favor and order the strawberry cake as well!
