It's a hole in wall, meaning it's not fancy. My husband and I have eaten pizza all over Utica and nearby cities and their pizza is by far the best NY style pizza! Highly recommend!

Johnny's is one of the best pizza places in the world in my opinion, and I have eaten pizza in several states and countries - nothing has compared so far. They make you feel like home. I started a new job in the city about 8 months ago and I strolled in my first day for lunch and they chatted with me and made me feel as if I'd been going there for years. Johnny and mama take care of their customers. They truly are compassionate and kind people who genuinely care for people and just want to make a great slice of pizza. Thank you so much for contributing to this great and growing city.

Definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever had period! I suggest u try them especially when the owner is there. Great food and service. Also, if you're brave enough, try some of their hot sauces

Great pizza! Huge slices and great prices! We came from out of town and wanted some great food for lunch and Jonnys was close to where we were and they were very friendly and welcoming. Phenominal place!!!
