Best Texas style barbecue in North Carolina. Try the brisket, pulled pork sandwich, and all of the sides. Recommend the jalapeno cheese grits and Mac n cheese. I'll try some of the others on my next trip!Get there early because the line gets long and they will run out of brisket. I've driven an hour for this barbecue because it's that good! Looking forward to when they open a brick and mortar this year but I hope they still operate the food truck so I can avoid the long drives.
