Jollibee Promenade

The place is new so for the most part it is well kept. Seating is average for a fast food joint. The chicken is good, about on par with Popeyes, but with a different flair. The mashed potatoes, peach pie, and fries were very average. Mashed potatoes had a very distinct butter taste. The peach pie crust was similar to the one found on A&W pies. And the fries are reminiscent of McDonald’s fries. Overall not bad. Worth a try but I would not go out of my way if I had to choose between this and Popeyes. That being said I would say the service is superior, for a fast food place.

The fried chicken are good and fresh, but they are extremely overpriced. I can get similarly good and fresh chicken from Popeyes and save 33% of the money. Its mild chicken is similar to Popeyes'. Its spicy chicken is hotter but less salty than Popeyes'. I just want to try and compare. I will not go back to buy again due to 33% more spending for no gain in quality and taste, which represents poor value for money spent.

The taste matches KFCs. The portion is fairly large. The down side is the lineup.

Good service experience and this place is still quite busy all the time. Chicken was good and crispy. Spicy wasn't super spicy! The mango peach pie was a treat too. The noodle dish was ok.

Relative new location in a mall where retailers seem to be in an uncertain state. This Jollibee is tucked in end and as far as one can get from Promenade food court. It is nonetheless busy bordering on disorganized. The fried chicken is good. The burger is advertised as 30% thicker, which makes one wonder how thick (or how much meat it had) it was before.

So I decided to give this place a try to see what the hype is about. What in the hell did I just eat? The spaghetti is so sweet to the point that it’s almost inedible. The chicken was OK but definitely not worth waiting in line for.

One of go-to fast food weakness. Tried their family combo and it was great until we were seated and realized that the burger steaks didn't come with rice. Not deterred, had a couple and saved the rest for when we get back at home. Had the chicken bucket, the mango peach pie and an order of palabok. Jollibee never disappoints except for the rice-issue. Didn't feel like buying over priced rice when everything else is already expensive. But if you're looking for tasty new fast food offerings, check out Jollibee. Try to go there at a time that not the usual meal-time so waiting or crowds will not be an issue.

Good fried DARK meat chicken, although a bit greasy. It's fast food with an Asian flair, so don't expect anything super special. The wait was reasonable and well managed.

This location does not have a 3hour line up like the one in scarbrough. Wait time about 3mins.

It was our first time coming here. The spicy chicken is actually spicy which is a nice change. The gravy was amazing and the mashed potatoes were tasty. They are known for their pineapple juice it was really good. I would definitely recommend

New location just opened. Next to old navy. There are two waiters standing in front of the store and delivered a number... not sure what is the purpose of doing this. Line up is not that crazy on Christmas Eve afternoon. Food is ready to pick up in less than 5 min. Two pieces of chicken and one side incl. demo comes to $10.

Had to settle a craving and settled for the call and pickup option as Doordash didn't work for my area.
