Food and waitstaff were good, but the place seemed rundown or unkempt. The entire mall is torn apart right now. Hopefully Johnnys will get a facelift.

Good option for a quick dinner before catching a movie at AMC. Its a no-frills american diner so the service is quick and the food is good.

Less than a star. The staff here takes incompetence to a new level. After waiting 30 minutes for a hot dog, we tried to pay our bill, but the waiter got sidetracked, and carelessly gave our credit card to a different customer. Once he realized his mistake, the customer was long gone with our card and he said “you can cancel your card and I’ll take care of your food. That’s the best we can do.” He literally let someone else leave the restaurant with another person’s credit card. And even more infuriating was when he refused to accept responsibility and tried to blame the other customer for taking the credit card. Avoid this place!!

Wow, I cant believe how bad this place is. I could write a page of problems that was wrong with this place. However, I've already wasted enough time here. Believe me, just stay far away from this so called restaurant. Don't waste your time or money.

The service was mediocre and the bacon cheese fries were not that good, there was definitely too much cheese on it.

Come hungry! Fun place to come to eat with friends and/or family. Only con in my eyes is there isn't many vegetarian/vegan options.

I came across this restaurant as I was touring pikes place for the first time. I admired the classical American hamburger joint look, but that's not what impressed me. As I was sitting down I saw the menu it had some of the tastiest American classics. Though, my favorite was the Philly cheese steak. I ordered it only to be to be told 20 minutes later of waiting that they didn't have all of the ingredients to make it. I advise anyone who comes to please ask if all the ingredients are available. It'll save you some time.

Milkshakes are great... Real milkshakes with icecream and real fruit... Loved it... Had the BLT sandwiches which was ok. Service was polite and Quick but disinterested.

I ordered fries with bacon and cheese, it was stone cold. When I told the waitress-she didn’t do anything. She was more than happy to charge me for cold food.
