Pleasant atmosphere, meal a bit overpriced for the small portions, but the crowd is pretty constant, so maybe I just prefer larger portions. I could have ordered the BBQ by the pound, but opted for a meal.Seating is a bit tight due to the crowded dinning area. Tables by drink machine endure constant inattentive patrons banging into your table or standing in your space while they wait for their food. BBQ was good, but burnt ends were not at burnt or crispy.

I use to live in KC always love Joe's. I was visiting and I took my son. The ribs were awesome, and I was a little nervous because I like my ribs a certain way. I thought my ends would be the safer bet because I have enjoyed them so much at Joe's in the past, but they weren't. They were really fatty and not much meat. I ended up just eating a bunch of the fries because I let my son have the ribs. Kinda disappointed.

My all time favorite BBQ joint. The z-man is the best sandwich on planet Earth. The BBQ sauce is practically drinkable it's so good and the sides are all delicious and fresh. This is one of the places you need to eat at before you die. Easily recommended to all my family, friends, and even those I just met. Order a bottle of BBQ sauce to take home with you while you're there! It's AMAZING!

Line was nearly out the door at noon. I was hoping that was a good sign and it was. Carolina Pork Sandwich was absolutely amazing and the fries were enough to feed the table of three and were some of the best fries. This place is worth a stop for lunch!

The employees were polite and professional and the service was fast as for the place it was clean the table I sat it was right at the door on the other side of that little wall when you first walk in that table wasn't sticky (for a BBQ joint that's attention to detail lol) also the floor wasn't under the table Now the food I've ordered the last few times was a half n half turkey and pulled pork sammich I went with the jumbo size and as I wish THAT was the normal sammich size the normal sized sammich which to be fair is still plenty to easy and the fries they give you are well seasoned and the right amount of soft to crunchy ratio what I'm trying to say is they make good fries If you like BBQ give this place a shot

Took out of town guests here. Busy day. Older gentleman with big glasses and beard taking orders was swamped yet took to explain menu to guests without causing a delay in the line. I was thinking we are going to be that group who slowed up the typical efficient service but this man helped them get what they wanted.

When I walked in the place was packed! The staff were all super friendly and helpful! Best BBQ I've had in a while! The ribs were cooked to perfection! The sauce is thick and very tasty with just a hint of spice. If you want some good BBQ it is definitely worth the wait!!!!

This place is awesome! Barbecue is worth waiting for, brisket is splendid and the fries are so good. You can also go refill your drink whenever you want it is like heaven. There barbecue sauce is also very good with the meats. This place seems very popular and people love it. I would recommend going to this place for a bite to eat.

Curbside service was very efficient. Curbside menu for family is a good value

Ordered the Z Stacker sandwich and onion rings. Sandwich included brisket topped with some onion rings. The meal portion sizes are acceptable for the price. French fry portions are quite large for a single individual and you might consider sharing a order with a friend if you order them. This was my first time eating at Joe's. The food was good and the service was fairly quick. The place was pretty busy.

Excellent staff from when you first walk in. They are friendly and helpful in suggestions. I got three burnt ends with fries and beans..... EPIC! Absolutely delicious! Will definitely visit again and again.

We’ve eaten at the original KC joes many times and this location didn’t seem to be any different as far as service and food. It definitely had a lot more space though. If you don’t get there early for lunch expect to stand in line for a bit before ordering.
