Great spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks. Joe's is an iconic restaurant that has been serving Santa Barbara since 1928. Fast service, friendly staff, cool old-school vibe.

This was our first time there and we had a really great experience. The waitress was super friendly and really fast. Our our food came rather fast as well.

We had to wait 20 minutes for our orders to be taken, another 50 minutes for our food to be served, and 20 minutes for our check to be taken. The food was lukewarm and soggy by the time it came out unfortunately, because I imagine it would’ve been good otherwise. Other tables who came later than us were served faster. The service ruined the food sadly

Wow... What amazing service. The waiters and waitresses we're right where they needed to be at a moment's notice. The food was great and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend the chili. It tastes home made and has shredded cheese, onions and sour cream. There are a lot of fine establishments around the area, but I definitely recommend this spot.

It is $$, food is ok, service was good and med. sized portions. The clam chowder I would not recommend.

Joe's will always get 5 stars from me, even if I have a bad visit (which I have never had).Delicious food. Great service. The fun starts right when you walk through the door.A Santa Barbara institution since 1928. ðŸ‘

An American diner fix on our road trip. Breaky menu was huge, service had a bit of sass that we warmed to. Food was good and plentiful.

Good food, classic red-checkered vibe, friendly service, reasonable prices. Saturday morning breakfast at Joe's Cafe couldn't be better. I ordered smoked salmon, fresh tomatoes with poached eggs. It was perfect. I wish I could poach eggs so well.

Very disappointed. Was recommended to visit but experienced bad food and service. Overcooked steak, fries and a botched order. Might be a one off but was a real shame.

Genuine American place! We loved its old school diner atmosphere, its great dishes and the super service from the staff. Highly recommended!

Fantastic breakfast in a fantastic location.Enjoy comfort food prepared in the old fashioned way under the high ceilings of this hundred year old building. The prices are excellent, as well, given the quality and high end location. Don't waste your morning on a Starbucks doughnut. Come to Joe's instead.

Joe's Cafe hit all 5 stars for me. Excellent service from all of their friendly staff, everything was always super clean even with a heavy crowd, and the food...oh my gosh so delicious! I will return when I'm back in Santa Barbara.
