Its expensive, and the morbid metals is no good. They have gotten rid of all the good metal band tees and replaced it with junk music. Nice staff but i cant recommend

I ordered a tshirt online had it shipped to hot topic i got an email saying my order was ready went to Hot topic showed my driver's license an got my stuff the employees were very nice Thanks kimberly Harrington

Hot topic used to be great, but now its just just full of stuff for pop punk kids and teenagers that think they're edgy.

Lots of cool stuff, but my problem with this store is that there's too much stuff in a tiny room and customer service is always nice, but being asked every 2 minutes if you need help finding something after saying no can be a bit annoying.

Never have I been so unhappy with this place in the 15-20 years I have shopped here! I am a member of the rewards program and spend hundreds in this store yearly and maybe even more! I was stretching my gauges and was sold silicone plugs and was told I could wear them at night! Keep in mind I told the girl it was for a new stretch and while walking through the mall I noticed the packaging on the silicone plugs say to NOT WEAR THEM if not healed!!! I tried to return them and the girl was short and extremely rude! No returns on body jewelry, I understand that....but I was misinformed and sold something that I now struggle with daily! They collapse in my ear every single night and I can barely wear them. I will never recommend this store to anyone and me and my partner will never step foot in the store in Muncie, Indiana again.
