Service can be better. I’ve visited several times before work and they’re not friendly at all. They don’t greet you, they just stare at you and wait for you to ask for something. Classic hipster barista attitude - ok I get it. They are VERY vocal in soliciting for tips but I’ve never received a “thank you”. It’s like they expect a $1+ tip for filling a cup and being rude about it. Really strange shop and not sure why people go there. The coffee is just ok. It’s not as good as Blue Bottle or Toby’s. Won’t be returning in the future.

One of my favorite coffee shops ever created! Best music being played and atmosphere is perfect. However my last experience with their Joe's Chicken Club was cold. The bread had toasted marks on it but was cold and stale which means they didn't give me freshly toasted bread. For a $10 sandwich I expect a little more effort and not leftovers. Other than that this place is by far the best coffee shop experience in NYC

The friendliest staff ever, every barista is very nice and welcoming. I love this little coffee shop and probably my favorite dirty chai latte in the city! 😍 you won’t regret trying one of the chocolate chip cookies either!
