Meh! One employee was snarky because I didn't know what flavors they offered but I can't hold that against the whole business. The Americano was a bit stale but piping hot...it hit the spot for such a cold day but I was hoping for a fresher cup of Joe!

A small cup of coffee in the corner of Bryant Park. Americano has a very moderate acidity.Coffee beans are sold, but there are no cup-like products.

Ordered cafe mocha and ice coffee. Mocha was ok however iced coffee tasted really bad. When asked about it and wondered if possible to replace with an iced coffee based on espresso, was told I should pay for a new coffee (after I already paid $10+tip). Maybe right from your side however I think that this attitude didn’t serve you well. I’ll simply never come back to give your coffee a second chance.

Easy grab for some coffee, especially on a cold day while visiting the park. Service is quick and the price is fair for the area.

Good coffee that is well prepared from great tasting beans. A nice place to stop by if you’re in Bryant park. A bit expensive but so is every other place in the city.
