They don't sell "discount" anything. They're a specialty butcher with excellent quality meats. Delicious but you'll pay for it. They do custom orders. So, you can talk to them about the availability of ribs.

95% sure you can get them any day of the week until noon. I've definitely picked one up on Saturday and Sunday!
