Very confusing area with 2 separate mini-like malls inside the big malls, tobu being one of them. Also it said there would be arts and crafts stores at the 6th floor but alas none were there, I went around the entire floor 4 times just to make sure...

For this to be a major department store it is not set up well. I went to find channel glasses but they had a small selection and they were 6 year ago model. The reception area staff are pathetic. They are not good at all. The elevator staff are more professional than they are. The food selection is over priced. And it needs to be renewed

Great shop! Much more approachable and cheap than Seibu near it. Great food at great places. You can go there everyday and not get fed up with it. Recommended!
