Jim's is part of my morning routine. Being across the street from the Gloucester commuter rail make the location perfect. Coffee is good and the muffins, cinnamon sticks, and coffee cake are all great. And I am usually greeted with a smile 😃 !!!

If a bagel world opened up in gloucester Jim's would be out of business. They are definitely consistent though. Consistently messing up our order! Every time! They also seem annoyed when you point out the mistake. By the way, since when does sugar mean you put none in at all? Thank god the bagels are decent.

I had a very good poppyseed bagel with cream cheese and also took a lemon poppy and banana nut muffin along with me always very well

Can't trust people around here especially at these windows. Like Jims bagel has a dope concept of bacon and chive cream cheese for the bagel. But that toaster old and I tell them dark well done well toasted and they toast the outside edges. Edges on fleek but that middle raw like Eddie Murphy. Y'all gotta supply what people demand but you're too busy doing what you wanna do. #fail #stepyatoastgameup #getanewtoaster #betteroffwiththeoldfashionedpopupjoint

Witnessed woman at counter handle money proceed to apply hand sanitizer to her gloves hands and then touch the bagels. You should not be applying hand sanitizer to gloves! They are disposable. Take it off after touching money and apply a new pair. During these times the staff should be trained properly and cost of gloves should not be a concern. Disappointing. Also several staff members in the back bakery were not wearing masks.

We look forward to Jim's bagels every year when we come to town. My boys literally dream of these bagels.

Hands down the best donuts this side of Kanes in Saugus. Also, killer bagels and fresh, whipped cream cheeses.

The rudest woman works here- on June 30 made a visit here for the 5th time and ordered the James River and the menu does not say there is sauce so when we asked to have with no sauce they said we have to scrape it off!! The worst service ever!! god forbid you can not read the mind of the people who made the menu!! Thanks for the worst service ever!

We're so happy to live in a place with great bagels like these. Some of their flavored bagels are terrific: the spinach bagels remind us of pizza (maybe they put oregano and garlic powder?) and their whole wheat bagels are the lightest textured I've tried. Really good. We come here every week and at less than $1 per bagel when you buy a dozen, a great deal.

The yummiest bagels and donuts on the North Shore, I swear.
