Freaky fast as promised. Employees were very friendly. Interior was spotless.

We online ordered and it came back and said you're order didn't go through, but then we looked and they charged my card but said they never received the order? 2 working days later we go there and talk with the GM she still does nothing but is looking into it??? So far they got my $37.48 we got no food...😡

While the food was everything I expected (satisfying and consistant), I truely felt that my presence was most inconvenient for the employee making the sandwich. A request for the sandwich to be cut a certain way was acknowledged with a slight eyeroll. When it was done, she met my "thank you" with a "here". It's obvious that Jimmy John's is only a means to support her face painting and fake eyelash addiction. It's okay for you to not like people, but don't work in customer service and make the company, who depends on customers, look like they don't care about quality. It's also okay to have a bad day, but you should still remember your manners.

Great place to grab a quick bite. Sandwiches are always fresh, always good and always made on demand. Only reason for four stars is because it can get quite busy at times and get backed up at the register.

I ordered 2 #11s, 1 Turkey sandwich with everything in it and a Turkey lettuce wrap.... they gave me 3 lettuce wraps.. terrible

Darn good sandwiches! But they won't deliver nine blocks away to where I work? What's the point of having delivery if you only stick to 4-5 block radius! come on Jimmy get it together....... update they deliver a little bit further now but I don't work there anymore. Highly recommend these guys for a good Tastee Sub though!

The food taste nice, the inside looks nice and clean, service is great, and it smells great inside.

Best sub-shop ever. The bread is excellent. I always ask for extra meat.

STORYTIME: I had a dream one night that I came in to Jimmy John's to get my free side (in rewards app) and they just randomly gave me a big sandwich. It was a great dream. The next day I literally went in for that free side in the app and my order was a little confused so instead of making me a Little John, they made an 8inch. I paid for a Little John and they ended up giving me the big sandwich😇 I only ever go to this location, they're amazing, they will fulfill all of your dreams.

Please get rid of your condescending rude employee named Keegan. She can't take a simple order. Christ. I'd rather order from a robot! Thanks Keegan, won't be ordering from any Jimmy Johns ever again.

My sandwich fell apart before I even picked it up

Placed an online order and they didn't put in any of the add ons that were paid for. Waste of a drive!

Delivery took a while (despite constant ads saying otherwise), but all else was good. Good food, good service.

Been here multiple times, i live close by but giving two stars because I love Jimmy John's but this location has bad bread. Good service! Will change rating once bread improves. Hopefully soon

Not as good as subway or quiznoz. Friendly staff. Fast ordering. I would go there again though.
