I have to give a shout out for this JJ's customer service. I was visiting downtown Cincinnati with my husband and our car broke down in the middle of the city. While waiting for a tow truck, we called Jimmy John's and they hand delivered it to our car. We were so appreciative for them being able to bring us food because we couldn't leave our car (due to it being broken down in the middle of a no parking area).

I've been to Jimmy John's before and was happy. This place had a pleasant and fast staff. unfortunately I ordered a vegetarian sub. It was bland and awful. Next time I'll know better
