We just had the best subs ever, loaded with all kinds of meat, bread was soft,. Very good.

Freaky fast is definitely the case. Huge fan of the Hunter's Club with their jalapeno chips!

Ordered a sub at 12:20 for my lunch break that starts at 12:30 ... got an email confirmation stating that my order would be out for delivery at 12:22At 1:02 I called to cancel my order because now lunch is over so I wouldn't be able to eat it anyway. Absolutely ridiculous!!Wasn't offered anything ... just told that it would be taken care of. I will NEVER order from Downtown's again

Jimmy John's is less than 2 miles away from me, I ordered 2 subs expected delivery within 20 minutes or so but 45 minutes later and 3 phone calls I found out my delivery driver was on a bike and was still around 10 minutes away. Subs were soggy and warm by the time I got them

Good food good price pretty good quality. Definitely like to come in get a sandwich every now and then.

Bread was fresh and all the meats were as well..I've been to other JJ in toledo but the one downtown was best as they stuffed so much meat into the bread..super great customer service staff was friendly and helpful

Love their Tuna sandwiches! Every sub they make has always arrived fresh and if they made a mistake they'd replace it promptly. They are FREAKY FAST! 😉😀

I ordered a sandwich with no lettuce or tomato. When I went to the end to pick it up, it was full of lettuce. I am allergic to lettuce. When I told the sandwich maker the order was not right his answer was "that's the way they come". When I asked for a re-make, he said "no, sir, that's the way they come" and went on to the next customer. I refused the sandwich and left. That lesson cost me over $7.00. I learned never to go to Jimmy Johns again. Signed, A new Subway customer.

The only reason they got one star is because zero isn’t an option. Orders are always wrong and they never bring you a straw for your drink.

It was great myself my son and the babies stopped on my way to drop him off to work, really good food !

I always enjoy the quick delivery from this store. Today my food was not only quick but the delivery man was nice and funny. The food is topnotch delicious. 10/10 would order again if only for the delivery guys sense of humor!
