Good place to get a quick lunch. I tried the unwich for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. If you are on a diet or just trying to cut out bread I would definitely recommend giving it a shot. Service at this location has always been on the up and up. They have a few outside tables to sit at also if you are looking to sit outside on a beautiful day.

I ordered online last night at this location, and the driver delivered it to the wrong place. When I called the store, the manager Major threatened to hang up and not refund my money if I didn't explain exactly how to get to me because the he and the driver couldn't use Google Maps. Never go or order from this location because you may be out of money if they can't find you and are extremely rude to you!!!

They are mostly on top of things. Sandwich quality was slightly lacking.

Guess your not suppose to wash your hands before putting on gloves because no one does! Also didnt like seeing employee sweeping up a storm behind the counter right beside the line of exposed lettuce cheeses and meats! No cover over any of the food! No handwashing here! They reach for gloves and fiddle with putting them on with dirty hands! Cross contamination! Employees need educated on proper food safety and handling before someone gets sick!

Good food but the employees I watched make my sandwich wasn't as clean as I would like. It would be nice if they expanded their delivery locations

The food was good but the service was so slow. I thought jimmy johns was supposed to be fast. The one in Alabaster is slow too.

Ordered a Beach club sandwich and had it delivered to my job today. Best sandwich I've had in a long time and had a great, speedy delivery driver. I will be back!

Freaky fast delivery my ass. I am 7 minutes from this location and they will not deliver.

I am incredibly frustrated at the service. I work 2.4 miles down the road but they won't deliver to me because apparently I am not within their 2.5 mile radius. I will never give my business to this place again and nor will I recommend anyone to go there.
