Great staff who prepare really good, fresh food.

Takes over an hour for food to get here, and we live less than 5 minutes from the store. There’s two of us, so I don’t understand why it takes over an hour and a half to get two sandwiches delivered. We ordered at 6:13 called at 6:58 and were told it was out for delivery. It’s now 7:30 and our sandwiches STILL aren’t here. Definitely won’t be back

Haven't eaten at Jimmy John's in a long while. Now I remember why I stopped. They were never consistent. I took the photo after My husband cut off a bit. For $7.61 for a sandwich only I think I can find better.

Food was terrible and made incorrectly, management was extremely rude during my time there. If there was a way to give 0 stars i would because of how bad this store is. Ill be getting sandwiches from elsewhere from now on.

Pro- fresh bread, quick delivery, easy online ordering. Cons- sandwich had toppings I DIDN'T request nor the ones I DID request. Ordered one sandwich and was made incorrectly. First and last time eating at this sub place.

Rude staff. Go somewhere else if you can. My favorite is when they tell you to bag your own sandwich 😑

Terrible service. Waited two hours and finally cancelled my order. Every time I called I was put on hold and told it was on it's way. I can understand when you are busy but repeatedly lying about when the order will be delivered is unacceptable. If I'm being honest, this is not the first time I have experienced long delays from this location.
