Jimmy John's

Ordered online for pick up, said it would take half an hour- got there 35 minutes later and he said 'I wondered when you'd show up'... The shop was empty. Overall, I'm unimpressed and won't be buying again. Not a good value. Surprised how small the subs actually were. My fiancé got the Gargantuan and although it had a good amount of meat on it, it really wasn't big or satisfying whatsoever. My 3 little kids each finished a whole sub within minutes because there wasn't much to them. There were mistakes as well (I didn't ask for cucumbers, sloppy/toppings bunched in the middle, weren't cut in half as requested, not labeled, etc). Ordering online was easy and convenient. The subs tasted okay, just nothing special. I think I would've been better off buying from Subway. The bread is bigger and better tasting. Prices are similar. I'd say the one thing better about subs here is the amount of toppings.

Unwich !!

I have been to several of these in the Pittsburgh and DC area. Not as bland as subway. Last time, I went to one in wexford, the person put so much mayonnaise on my sandwich that the bread was soaked and the sandwich was inedible. I threw it away. I should have talk to staff but was turned off that I wasn't hungry. Other than that experience nice place to get a sandwich.

Great service and fast subs. Did the unthinkable and showed up 4 minutes to close. Expected to be turned away but was greeted warmly and they cranked out 3 subs for us.

I love this store!! I work in the plaza that this store is located in, so I’m in pretty often. The employees are super sweet and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
