Love Jimmy John's it's my favorite cold sandwich

If this Jimmy John's had a drive-through this would have been an easy 5-star. The staff there was very welcoming!!! Shop was clean and the food was excellent. They told me about an app that I could download to save money also!

Clean place staff were nice and freaky fast it was clean and the place is just well mapped out all in all the food was great sandwiches chips great and a good selection of drinks

Freaking fast !! By the time I filled my pop my food was ready ! Now only if they had better combo prices.

Great quality quick service

Aside from 1 lazy staff member the experience was ok. The sandwiches left a little to be desired from sandwiches purchased in the past at this same location. Doubt I will be going back to this location. There was a "help wanted" sign in the window. Hoping the new help they get will show up to work and not "expect" the customers to finish the job for them.

The new little johns sandwich is disappointing. Its basically a bread stick with some toppings.

To much bread and not enough meat

I quit going to SubWay because I was tired of getting bread that was hard from being exposed to the air. Now the last three times that I have gotten a sandwich from this Jimmy John's I have had bread that was so air dry that it was as if it were toasted. Once, yes I can understand that it might have gotten air stale but three times? I can keep a loaf of store bought bread fresher than they can their "baked fresh daily" bread.

I stopped at JJ's a few days ago @ the one on Houbolt in Joliet & the young guy making my sandwich had a dark, curly, & very long beard. As I was watching him make my sandwich, I was no longer hungry as in my mind I was thinking, to have a job in a food place, one should be wearing a hair net & in his case shave the long beard as there's no such thing as a beard net. It was disgusting! I paid for it, but threw it out as I thought for sure a hair surely must have fallen in it. I won't ever go back to that one again! What's wrong with the manager? I will also pass the word to friends & family.

literally waited for 30minutes for a CLUB LULU. really? perhaps your drivers should ensure they know where they are going in the future and if it seems diff perhaps make the easier stop first when they are 7mins apart. i can not eat this food i paid for now as it took my entire to get it here. at this point it would of been better for the price i paid for a damn pizza.
