Food is great, took 40 minutes for delivery and I live close (car is in use at the time which is why we ordered delivery). Could have gone there and back in 20 minutes had I had a vehicle to use. dislike.

The so called manager named Nick was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional when we called after our delivery was made wrong. He basically said he made the order, so it’s right! I have never been spoken to that way and when I asked to speak his district manager or higher up, he claimed to be that person. As this is a franchised owned location, the actually owner should really look at the way this employee is conducting himself. The call was so bad, I will NEVER order from here ever again !

Love jimmy johns. I got a #15 tuna salad giant, get home to find out there is no tuna on the sandwich! I even said tuna salad to the cashier. If the bread wasn’t so good, I’d be more upset.

I love the sandwiches but it's stupid that after over 10 years of opening they won't deliver to all of new lenox. It really sucks for people who don't have transportation or are otherwise unable to go into the physical store. It really just leaves a bad taste in my mouth so I won't be buying from this store. If the time is such an issue for deliveries which they aren't as fast as they advertise. Then Just hire two drivers for each side of town. Surely after as long as they have been in business in this town they should be able to do this. It's a real shame and they are losing a lot of business i'm sure.
