Not too fast today, but it was the high time that I went. Good food as usual.

Fast and friendly service. Not a lot of curbside parking here thanks to FedEx having reserved parking even though it stays empty. But there is plenty parking in the lot there and around back. The food at Jimmy John's is always made with fresh quality ingredients, and this was no exception!

Enjoyed the Jr.size sub sandwich for lunch with chips and beverage!! Just enough for a healthy lunch option when served on the whole wheat bread!! Always fresh, always delicious.

Always surprised at how fast you get you food and how fresh the bread is. Employees are always friendly and the restaurant is always clean

Tonight I enjoyed the best # 9 Italian Night Club sandwich since I first dined at Jimmy John's about 10 years ago. The bread was incredibly fresh. The sandwich was prepared exactly like I requested. It was a rainy, cold night here in Durham, NC. I almost decided to skip dinner and get a snack out of my hotel's pantry. Glad I drove the short distance for this evening's sandwich. The employees at Jimmy John's are always efficient. These folks were certainly that, but I was impressed with how friendly and welcoming they were tonight. Thank you Page Road Jimmy John's employees! Great job tonight!

My first tome here and I feel I was not treated the same was as a previous customer before me was treated.. they guy that fixed my sandwich acted liked he couldn’t put my food in a bag like he just did the previous person.. He said,” here is the bags”! AND they were slow with only 2 customers.. First and last time

Found a bug hanging out of the sweet tea faucet container. I used to come atleast 3 times a week to this location. Today was my last.

I eat at a Jimmy John’s four times a week at the least. The service at this location was great, however, I’ve eaten here twice today. Once for lunch and again for dinner. I received the same results both times. I ordered the exact same sandwich which was made by two different people. It had barely any meat on it either time. It was like eating a lettuce sandwich with mayo and mustard.The location on University Drive definitely gives you what you pay for and you don’t have to look for the meat. I highly recommend them. This location has great service but I don't think I’ll order here again.

Always a pleasant experience here. They make my subs quick and are always accurate.

I usually order from this location as it is closest to my job when I want something quick. Today I did this and placed an order at 1:21PM. All I got was a sandwich, no chips and no drink. Simple right? Nope. I called the location at 2:00PM to find out where my delivery was and they told me it was next. But it's already been 40 minutes!? I finally receive my sandwich at 2:22PM, a full HOUR after I have ordered. I understand that it is lunch time and you are busy but this is crazy. It never takes this long! I am so disappointed with the service. When I called I got a we're sorry but not much else. Guess I'll choose my orders from here wisely next time.
