Caught them singing pop hits on full volume at 5 minutes to close. Still made a great sandwich.

Not fast at all. Arrived at 1142 am. Just before lunch only second person here. Still waiting for for 20min. I gusse they only do call in orders first and then the customers waiting in store. Unbelievable

My order took almost 45 minutes to get here, the order was wrong and the person that answered the phone had a very bad attitude!

Love the staff every time I visit! Not bad for cold subs but kinda pricey which it's why I can't give more stars. The stars would go to 5 for staff alone if I wasn't rating on the food and prices.

I placed my order at 6:20 pm. Its 7:11 pm and still no food. Freaky fast????

It is bad expensive and the people here are rude

Just called this jimmy johns around 1230 pm and the lady that picked up the phone was RUDE! She told me it was going to be a 45 min wait which is fine but I decided I will call the other jimmy johns. And they lady got an attitude when I told her this and said “ok.” I said thank you and she just hung up the phone. Maybe she needs some customer service training.

Order taker was very hard to understand sounded like he had a speech problem so I had to speak to a manager just to get my order tooken properly. Then I asked for the #12 that comes with avocado. The avocado was hardly on my sub AT ALL and when I called to let them know he says oh yea we only use a lil tsp right in between the cheese just nonchalant about it no sorry nothing. But I have NEVER been skimped on my avocado from ANY other jimmy johns I always order the same thing I will not order from this location again. 😔

Ordered a delivery from here about a week ago. My sandwich showed up without bacon, and sauce on it. I called and the manager said he would credit my account for the next order. Ordered today, and the was no credit anywhere on the account. Furthermore, we have now been waiting an hour for our sandwiches. I called the shop, and he said that he was waiting for delivery drivers to get back up the store, and when I asked about the credit, he had an attitude and said the are no notes or indications of any credits on my account....

Jimmy Johns will always be a favorite in my heart, but one thing that kills me is when I order a sub online, with all my customizations, and I get a sub that’s nothing like I’ve received before. I could eat jimmy johns every day. But just LOOKING at the sub they provided me killed my appetite.

The worst. I would have given them a negative review— like a -6. They are horrible with delivery time AND when they do finally deliver the order is wrong. BAD ATTITUDE TOO!
