It's nearly 50/50 they get my delivery order wrong

I got the confirmation for my order at 9:23pm. it's now 10:10pm and still no sign if Jimmy Johns. this is not freak fast

GOOD FRESH SANDWICHES. SUPER FAST

The first thing I did when I called was give them my address and ask if they delivered to it. They said yes, took my order, then called me back 10 min later to tell me they don't actually deliver to my address. Won't be giving my money to Jimmy Johns ever again. I'll call the pizza place that is further away and they will deliver here.

This store was very busy. We were in town for a wedding so we needed a quick lunch to tide us over. The help was great and asked good questions. For as busy as they were we got our food fast. The food was good. I would give a 5 Star if there bread was amazing and if they had a little more meat.

Freaky Fast? More like excruciatingly slow and innacurate. We placed an online order at 12:49, and on the ticket it was ready to go out their door at 1:15, and it had DELAY written on it in large bold letters. Nearly an hour after the order, the driver managed to navigate the 0.3 miles to our office. Google says it's a six minute walk.When we unpacked we were missing chips that we paid for, in addition to paying the delivery charge of $6.38 for, plus the tip, because how do we know who's fault it is? I called the store to see if the driver had them and tried to catch him before he left, but was placed on hold, and then told we would get them delivered. The manager called back after anoher ten minutes and said if we wanted the chips it would take an hour, and if we wanted a credit we would have to come into the store, so thanks for nothing.Par for the course for this location, always problems with orderrs, especially "cut in half"

Delivery ??? What a Joke !!! I'm Less then 1 mile from them and they said I'm to far for delivery. Food might be good but their delivery is Misleading and a joke !!!!

Consistently good JJs. The place is small and just a couple of tables outside. Recommend grab and go or delivery. The parking lot can be a madhouse at lunchtime.

Service was fast and sub was perfect

Mixed bag! Always get great food! Our store is less than a mile from JJs. Scary fast service is the challenge. Sometimes we ask for extra mayo and get none or ask for menus and get none. A few times it has taken 35 min to get the feast. Way to scary long. Sometimes it comes in less than 15 min. You just never know what type of wait your in for. They do say they are sorry when they are late. Just quit calling it fast delivery then! Again the food is always top notch. :)

Jimmy johns never fails! Great bread, good sandwich and fast free delivery, you can't beat it, I live down the street and get their delivery all the time

Nice place for a quick meal. Tasty sandwiches and super friendly staff.
