"Subs so fast you'll freak" comes up short at the Michigan avenue store. 10 minutes! Bay road location, 30 seconds and I'm back in my car driving home!

Getting faster everyday, shout out to the management. Starting pretty much from scratch with a whole new crew, to a freaky fast service. Keep it up!

Their food tastes good and it's not bad priced.

This eatery is great no matter what state you live in or are visiting! And their delivery staff is the best, along with those fabulous sandwiches! Highly recommend!

If I have to drive everytime I want Jimmy john's.....I DONT WANT IT!!! The delivery radius is ridiculous. I rather eat somewhere else.

Last time the delivery took so long the order ended up being free. This time the app doesn't work to redeem a free sub. I call in to order and because a reward isn't showing (free sub was for signup into the club) they refuse to honor it. Do you still want to order? Yeah, no!

Just had to pay 15 for a 9 dollar order. Please teach your drivers to bring change for such instances

Called an order in at 2:14 p.m. took about 4 minutes to get there, we waited 30 minutes for our subs, we had to wait outside, I called them 3 times. we were on the verge of leaving. Never had such slow service . What ever hap lo need to "FREAKY FAST"...

Gave me a frozen sandwich my first time trying them so I did not know they didn’t make hot subs so I guess my fault however I asked for very light mayo and it was extra mayo on it instead very sloppy made sandwich 10$ is a lot to spend in something I couldn’t eat was also stuck at work . The manager was also very rude when I was explaining what happened saying it wasn’t their fault will NEVER order again
