They have really great roast beef!! I just wish they had more flavorings for bread, and more varieties of veggies.

Called for them to deliver to Holston Valley Hospital which is less than three miles away at 8:33pm and they refused to deliver there saying they can’t go more than five mins away from store in “Rush Hourâ€. Anyone see the problem here.... Screw this JJ!

This place just has a fun atmosphere. I love all the witty signs. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The speed and price for a sandwhich are both excellent for a fast inexpensive lunch. It's not the most comfortable tables/chairs, but it's a lunch place not a coffee shop so that's not a big deal. I enjoyed my food. It's simple and straightforward sandwich with no frills or surprises.

They ran out of bread? I was very confused
