Brianna was fast and friendly. It took less than 6 minutes to get my food. Excellent service. I forgot to ask for JJ mayo. She unwrapped my sub put it on there. So kind! Thank you. I will be back. Fresh and tasty food. I will return soon.

I frequently order delivery from the place while at work, and they always get my orders right and deliver in a timely manner. Once when they did get my order wrong, they were quick to fix it and deliver the corrected order to me at no charge and no hassle. Definitely recommend!

I personally enjoy the food, I and my grandson get the same thing each time, after my dr appointments. Brhea (the most constant face)knows exactly how to make my sandwich. She does well on her attitude towards irate customers; I've witnessed myself. I would have totally handled differently. I’ve been a manager and some of the staff needs to take job more seriously and be ON TOP OF THINGS. Alesha the driver at one point, was always awesome as well. I still go as things have changed over the last 5 years because food is fresh and the workers never have attitudes like other unnamed sub places.

Brianna is the only reason I patronize this Jimmy Johns location. She is smart, swift and always thorough in completing orders and making customers feel welcome. She is the only one I deal with at this location and Bri truly embodies what customer service is all about! Keep it up!
