Yeah, probably never ordering from here again. Love Jimmy John's, used to work at one, and there is no excuse for a 25 minute delivery time when you live 5 blocks away... Talked to the manager, he told me to take the sub or say good day, so I said good day and ate leftover home made tacos instead, which were way better anyway. Never again. Epic fail Brady St Jimmy John's.

I really appreciate everything this Jimmy John's has ever done! My dog freaked out the delivery driver and they still managed to deliver the sandwich. It really was above and beyond and it really is appreciated!! My dog is friendly and known to be harmless but he will attempt to herd anything he can. It's unfortunate he's a country dog living in the city. I appreciate the delivery driver putting forth more effort than could be expected!! I would say this Jimmy John's goes above and beyond for their deliveries!! They are extremely highly recommended!!

This is one of the best Jimmy John's I've been to. Always fresh ingredients and always very quick. Honestly, avoid the one on oakland if you can (i'll drive the extra distance). This one is worth it. I've never had a complaint with my food.

Slow delivery. Driver makes little effort, so make sure your phones ringer is on. “Uhh, I could probably be back in like, 10 minutes?” For a missed call 2 minutes ago, thanks.

Friendly staff. Great sandwiches. Free smells.

Placed and order for 1 sub and a cookie while I was at work. Told them that I had left cash at the front desk for them. When I called an hour later. They told me their driver attempted to call me but I did not answer. I explained to them again that I was at work and that I had already told them there was cash at the front desk waiting for them. And that the people working the front desk knew what to do. They then took another full hour to deliver my order. I can not believe how ridiculously bad they handled a simple delivery order.

I'm literally 2 miles away and the shop that close is down for renovations and they won't take a delivery seriously? Jimmy I hope you rott

They're always super fast with my order. It's a good place for a quick bite.

Consistently late. Often missing items. Food is Jimmy John's.

Homeless people came inside were begging me and my friend for money. I told the staff, and they didn't do a thing about it.

Average sub, but a below average expierience. I was being rung up by a girl and I didn't realize what was going on at first. She was using one hand to ring me up, take my money, and give me change. She was wearing a glove on one hand, and holding a dirty glove she had just taken off the other to complete our transaction. After we finished at the register she put the dirty glove back on! And made my sandwich! This is disappointing for a few reasons, wash your hands after you handle money, or before you touch a customer's food, and before you put gloves on. This was clearly not serve safe. I understand trying to be freaky fast, but being clean and hygienic is worth the extra minute to me. Next time I'll try cousins.

Food was ok. I guess they arent' doing them "subs so fast you'll freak" commercials for a reason because they took over an hour. I just google mapped the distance, it's 0.8 miles. I paid $13 for a sub and chips & soda and they took over an hour to deliver. What a ripoff.
