I visited this location on 11/18/2014 at 6:45 PM The horrible experience here revealed some prejudice and inappropriate behavior. (But only when your back is turned) Coming from someone who was born and raised here. I will never spend a dime here again. I was given a wrong number when trying to address this issue. The only reason it received a star from me was because I couldn't complain otherwise. I hope these employees understand that you NEVER make rude and unnecessary slurs about a customer, or another human being for that matter, especially when they are not there to defend themselves. I didn't even mention it to my friend because I didn't want to further humiliate her. UPDATE: I Spoke with the General Manager the following day. He was very considerate and understanding and promised to address this issue.

You guys are awesome! Definitely my favorite Jimmy Johns. I call in for lunch all the time and when I get there my food is prepared and paid for. The staff here goes out of their way to make sure the customer is well taken care of and the store is always clean! This is how a restaurant is supposed too be run. Great job guys all that's missing is my company winning a free lunch platter! lol
