Sandwich came out really fast. I love the quality of the French bread and the meats and cheeses. The menu never changes and it doesn't have to. The sandwiches they offer are than enough to satisfy any palette. My favorites are blt and the gargantuan which is their largest sandwich but any of there options are good.

Solid fast food choice, with great service. Only dislike is that they tend to play music to loudly by default. They will turn down if you ask.

Sandwich was stale and had one slice of meat. 15.43 for a stale bread. We will credit you for the next time we screw it up was their answer. Great paid for nothing what a joke. Don't ever order from this location. Why cant places even get a sandwich with lettuce only correct? Unbelievable, staff is rude. Obviously no owner presence. Close this place. Worst JJs in Michigan.

The service was very friendly ,welcoming clean ! The cashier and the prep person was very helpful. I was my 2nd time only being to Jimmy John's. As a district manager my employees speaking highly of the establishment. So I gave it a try and I will be back!

Great food. Poor service. I was so excited as a Canadian to try Jimmy Johns for the first time. Ordered food, staff wasn't very friendly or helpful as a first time customer. The worst part of the experience was that myself, my wife and baby all got wood stain all over our clothes because the booths had just recently been varnished. No warning just a "whatever " from one of the two unmotivated teens working the counter.
