Very good food and great staff

Worst customer service. I won't be going there again.

This visit to freaky fast JJ's was rather good. Had a roast beast sub on the 9-grain sub roll. Sub was pretty tasty, and the Thinny chips were fresh as always.

Fast food sandwiches made freaky fast. The order is usually ready before I can fill my drink and they have never messed up an order. Friendly and clean and tasty.

Great sandwich. Wife and loved the bread. I bought the full size sub and there's not a lot of meat for that price. I kind of thought there'd be a good bit more meat for $13.00 for just the one sub. Wife's tuna sub seemed good though. Overall we were pleased but because of the price is unlikely I'll be coming to a Jimmy John's too often. Service was par but very friendly.

I just went to lunch there today and it was a disaster. Two employees wanted to fight. In front of where I was supposed to pick up my sandwich they had some flags on the floor and customers had to step over them to get their sandwiches. There was a lot of confusion so I asked for my money back and left. JJ, get it fixed! We don't have much time during lunch hours for that garbage.

Once you've had a publix sub....no other sub taste good after that

I am not pleased with the service at all. I drove through (which I thought would be easier, but was much harder for them I am guessing), but I got my sandwiches that I assumed for correct and went back to work. Upon returning back to work, both sandwiches were completely wrong (one was even breadless when I ordered two #7's). I called once I realized the mistake and after being on hold they said they would bring me replacements. Then the manager sheepishly called back and they asked for me to give the driver the old sandwiches back, which I had opened and touched after taking a picture of both sandwiches with the receipt in the picture. The manager then said it was for some kind of "training. Which what good would that do? They easily could have gave me a reimbursement for wasting my time. I wasted my my lunch on this and was not even re-compensated for after taking the messed up sandwiches back. Also
