Freaky Fast for real. Great subs, fast friendly service and delivery. Only complaint is no hot subs :( maybe that's something that could change in the future.

Ordered food at 7:50 and was very quickly brought the very wrong sandwich around 8:10. Called and spoke with a manager who apologized and offered to replace it with a free bag of chips at 8:15. At 9:00 called back to make sure I wasn't forgotten about and was told that they had gotten busy in store but the driver had left and would be here any minute. 9:40 still had not received anything so called back and was told that the driver couldn't find me, so I asked them to have him turn around and I would meet them somewhere else.. 10:00 received new yet still even more incorrect sandwich with no chips.. called back and spoke with the manager again who again apologized and said that he would credit my account and avoid my order. Yet here I sit, no food, can not leave work, no where else to get food from at 10 PM.. Pregnant and hungry.

I will not return to this location anymore. Today was my the third time placing an order and it wasn't ready. The second incident the young lady looked me in the face and lied saying the order just came through, I actually heard her telling one of the workers that's what she was going to say. Today it took 18 minutes to get my food. I ordered 2 sandwiches was informed they didn't have any tuna. Instead of making the turkey sandwich they choose not to because they ran out tuna and figured I didn't want the turkey sandwich. I never would've charged a customer anything after having them wait almost 20 minutes. The staff attitudes suck and they act like it's no big deal when they're in the wrong. Horrible service!
