I love all their food

I usually love Jimmy John’s. Great food, fast service, affordable, friendly staff, etc. Not so here. My 3 year old daughter loves pickles and whenever we go to any Jimmy John’s she asks for one. She always gets one, sliced. She asked for one here. The place was not busy. It was empty. Two staff behind the counter and one sitting down on break eating. They could’ve taken an extra 30 seconds to slice up a pickle. Their answer, we can’t slice a pickle unless you put it on a sandwich. You can have a pickle, just not sliced. They have pickles. They have knives. But they say no to a 3 year old girl. Why? Throughout the whole thing they were being unfriendly. There are plenty of Jimmy John’s around. I’m going to the other ones from now on

I just love everything about it. Sandwiches are great (The Big John) and I also like the pickle. I enjoy reading thr signs on the wall as I eat, some are rather clever.

Let me first start off by saying turn that horrible music, the hell down, so I can hear you tell me that I only get 3 pieces of meat in my sandwich.. but the people are nice .. except ye who made my sandwich...... Second I understand why Jimmy John's is so quick, I would be that quick too if I only put three pieces of meat and shredded lettuce, onions and A tomato on the sandwich. Two drinks and a so called Italian sandwich for roughly $10. Your bread was good tho but WHERES THE MEAT?! Sorry jj👎🏼

I love this place and it staff, food is free and the restaurant is very clean.

Sub was supposed to come with "double meat and cheese". Barely enough of it to make a half sandwich. A wet dish rag has more personality than the cashier and sandwich maker. Asked for hot peppers and a pickle, neither of which were on the sandwich. Enough mayo on it for 2-3 subs. Sandwich maker also felt it was a good idea to sweep the floor around us as we were eating. Music is so loud inside, had to almost yell to place order. Staff felt the need to yell among themselves about whatever it was they were talking about. Rather eat at the roach coach

Not a napkin to be found in this joint. Rude workers who are not at all accommodating. Asked for oil only and they only have premixed? So I asked for it on the side and the girl says they have nothing to put it in. Really? What BS! On top of that the subs suck! Good thing I won't be in that area again to be tempted to eat at this craphole!

Good sandwich but very combative staff

I watched them make my sandwich in 30 second but tasted like it leftovers from the night before. Bland roll, meat and cheese were below so so.

The sandwich was pretty good.

Good sandwich at a decent price. The bread was nice and fresh.
