The service is freaky greast.

It was kinda frustrating when I ordered a regular sandwich and just added cheese for delivery and they forgot the cheese but charged me for it so I called back and they came to get the sandwich and didn’t even bring the new one back with them. So ultimately I’m having to wait 3 times as long because they’re taking back the old sandwich first. Which makes so sense to me.

I was just there at Jimmy Johns and they said they were changing out the cold something. I went through the drive thru. When I got to my destination my salt & vinegar chips were open and some spilled in the bottom of the bag!! The bread on my sandwich had big holes in it and it was hard as a rock, the meat on the sandwich was NOT FRESH and looked Brown also I received all the ends of tomatoes! I tasted the sandwich and it was horrible!! It tasted SOUR!! Just the WORST!! I have never had a Jimmy Johns be so GROSS!! The only thing that was right was my cherry coke and the other bag of chips!! I literally feel nauseous!! I just threw all that money away!! I asked for extra onions and didn’t get that either!!
