First and last experience here. Tipped ahead and took over an hour to get two sandwiches less than 1/2 a mile away. Messed up my drink order. Brought the wrong size, which is not a big deal but brought a diet drink, not what I ordered. Called back to have a new drink delivered and it's been over an hour now. Still no drink. Never ordering from here again. When speaking with the management, it was a condescending tone and rude. You're in food service. Get the order right and people won't call in. Very disappointed.

It's a decent place to get sandwiches. Price points for what it is leaves something to be desired. I do like the chips and they are quick getting it to you.

Advise not to tip before the delivery. Its been over an hour and I live .3 miles away. Called the store and they had no additional details for me like when I could expect my meal. I understand being busy, but Jimmy John's entire marketing strategy is about being fast. This location might need some work...
