First time ordering from this location and I will never order from this location again! They answered the phone, "Hello" I asked if i reached jimmy johns? They ignore my question and ask, "What is your name?" I asked again did i reach jimmy johns because all i heard was someone say hello. They said yea. Asked me what i want. I give the guy my address three times, my order twice, then had to start from the beginning and do it all over again. Once i got to my card I had to give it to him twice. During my 17 minutes phone call to place my order i was put on hold 3 times. Placing my order over the phone took longer than them bringing me the food. It was a terrible experience over the phone.

I got a sandwich paid 15 for a sandwich and got old roast beef. Ask for it to be re made and was given attitude by the manager I will never go back to this Jimmy John's ever again! Horrible service

The young man who waited on me was helpful patient and sweet! He did a great job

I used to work for JJ..so I know EXACTLY how they operate. I know how long it should take, what all goes into making a sandwich, and I have experienced lunch rushes with both cold tables running. I placed an order today and 45 minutes later, I STILL don't have my food. Never again.

Great sub sandwiches prepared right in front of you with all the fresh toppings. Servers are friendly and eager to please. Food consistently good.

Overpriced, mediocre, premade food that an elementary school cafeteria could beat

I order lunch from Jimmy Johns to my office atleast once every other week. The most they've ever taken to complete my delivery has been 30 mins, and those have been when I've ordered in the middle of lunch rush. In the years I've been ordering they've never messed up a single order of mine. Love this place

I called at 7 to have two subs delivered and here it is 8:30 and have not received my order I called an was told my order would be here in ten minutes and that was 30 minutes ago freaky fast I don't think so should of ordered a pizza

Fastest fast food delivery around! And they get you order right! Food for the carnivore, the vegetarian, the kid, and the hungry.

Service was terrible I have been waiting over an hour to get my sandwiches delivered I called to ask for a refund as was told NO by JACKIE placed on hold for over 15 minutes she says she is the manager. Was super rude and acted like a did something wrong. Be aware

Freaky fast AND Cherry Coke 💓

Just had a turkey sub from here delivered to our dealership it only had "2" slices of turkey for the whole sub, what a RIP OFF! You just lost another customer ('s) JJ.
