Jimmy John's

Bring the wrong chips occasionally and can never seem to deliver in under 45 minutes despite the fact I am 1 mile away. I used to deliver for a different Finner CO franchise store and we averaged 15 minutes at night and 12 during lunch for some comparison.

Fresh and fast just as advertised.

2 stars because the sandwich tasted good. The service here is terrible. I order 2 to 3 times a month....always delivery. I wear a tie to work, and am willing to pay $11 for a lunch meat sandwich. Cut it in half when requested, bring the right drink selection, and don't advertise freaky fast delivery when you can't bring it 3 blocks away within 47 minutes more than 1 out of 4 orders. Sad....at least have good enough management to uphold the "freaky fast" theme. Or offer a free cookie or something...tired of tipping on top of an overpriced sandwich to someone who keeps apologizing for a late delivery.

I’m not sure what their deal is there but I have ordered online and had great experience except for the past two times they have sucked. All I have asked for is no mayo on my sandwich and the past two times there have been mayo. I’m no longer ordering online since this issue is continuing which is a shame cause I have loved ordering online with them.

It was great at Jimmy Johns. Service is amazing and so is the food.

60 minutes after ordering no food...

Let me preface this by saying, I never write reviews. I’m just not that kind of person, even if something goes wrong with my order/food, I just accept that some people have off days and move on. Today was a different story. After submitting a group order with a few coworkers, we then waited an hour and a half for our orders to arrive. I called the actual store about 45 minutes after our order had been submitted and the lady I spoke with didn’t even ask for my order and just hurried me off the phone, assuring me the driver had JUST left. When our order finally did arrive, the delivery guy literally threw the bags on the counter, mumbled something about having 30 other deliveries and then left.Our actual sandwiches were just as disappointing, the bread was soggy and crushed-probably from the 30 other delivery orders this guy had, the filling was outside of the bread and condiments were everywhere. To wait over an hour for a smashed and soggy sandwich? Whack.

Took 55 minutes to get my order delivered. By the time I got my food my lunch was over.
