Update: It's March 2020 and Jimmy John's delivery has taken a turn for the worst. I placed an order at 1:45 and 45 minutes later, I'm still waiting for my food. Very disappointing. Adjusting from 5 stars to 4 stars to reflect the extended delivery times. Original Review: It's Jimmy John's...what else do you need to say to justify the 5 star rating? Ok, their sandwiches are great and they really are 'freaky fast' like they say in their commercials. I'm surprised that Subway even exists in a Jimmy John's world.

Really freaking...slow. About a total of 5 blocks from their place and ordered while on the way home from the airpoirt.. 50 mins later arrived with the "just behind tonight". You need to set that expectation when I place my order. Whole point of their advertising is how fast they are at getting you food. Not from this place at least

Went through the drive through and I asked for all freebies, but remove the mustard. Mustard was not removed. I was very disappointed. I waited in line for at least 15 minutes, only to get a sandwich that was not satisfying.

Ordered a sandwich with hot peppers, drove away and realized the mistake, obviously after unwrapping and touching it. I took it back, going through the drive thru. Instead of re-making the sandwich it was taken back through the drive thru window and the peppers were added. First of all that is unsanitary and I believe that is a department of health violation! Maybe there needs to be retraining of the staff on how to handle that type of situation.
